1. Eligibility for Returns

The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags still attached.

The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

🛑 Please note: Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Vbrae.store is not responsible for lost return parcels.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

You will receive a confirmation email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order for the item you want.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
